What are the minimum system requirements?
Aura Scale requires 64-bit Windows 10 or Windows 11, a minimum of 8 GB RAM (16 GB recommended), and at least 200 MB of free storage space.
What graphics card (GPU) do I need?
For smooth AI processing, a dedicated GPU with DirectX 12 support and at least 4 GB VRAM is required (e.g., NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or AMD Radeon RX 570). Mid-range NVIDIA GTX / RTX Series or higher is recommended for faster rendering.

How long is the free trial?
The free trial lasts 10 days from the moment you first launch Aura Scale on your PC.
Do I need to provide payment details to start the trial?
No. Just download and install the app. No credit card or account is required to start the 10-day trial.
What features are available during the trial?
You have access to all features during the trial period — AI upscaling, noise reduction, and detail recovery.
What happens when the trial expires?
When the 10-day trial ends, the app will require a valid license key to continue. You can purchase a license from the Pricing page.
Buying a license.
How do I buy Aura Scale?
Click the Buy Now button on the Pricing page. You will be taken to a secure Paddle checkout page where you can pay by card or PayPal.
Is this a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Aura Scale is billed as an annual subscription ($39/year). Your subscription gives you 1 year of full access, including all software updates and new features.
What do I receive after purchase?
Paddle will send you a confirmation email containing your order details and your unique license key.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Paddle, a trusted payment platform used by thousands of software companies worldwide.
Activating your license.
How do I activate Aura Scale after purchasing?
Launch the app, click on the About button in the top left, select Manage License, and enter the license key sent to your email by Paddle.
Does Aura Scale require an internet connection to activate?
Activation requires a one-time internet connection to validate your license key. After that, the app works fully offline.
Can I use my license on more than one computer?
Each license is valid for one machine. Contact us if you need to transfer your license to a new PC.
I lost my license key — what should I do?
Check your original purchase confirmation email. If you cannot find it, contact support with your Paddle order ID and we will resend your key.
