1. License Grant

Upon purchasing a license, AL-SHAMKHI TECH LTD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Aura Scale on a single computer according to the purchased plan.

2. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns.

3. Software Restrictions

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works based on Aura Scale, nor redistribute or resell license keys.

4. Disclaimer of Warranty

Aura Scale is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
